Logo Design Brief

I am rebranding my coaching business to better reflect our new target clientele: Adults over 35 that want to get in shape without painful workouts or diets.

Our current colours are variations of blue (dark, medium and light) to highlight the 3 pillars that compose our program: 1) Movement & Mobility 2) Joint Friendly-Strength 3) A Lifelong Lifestyle

We would ideally like a text logo with some sort of graphic logo above, that can also be used for social media accounts, t-shirts, etc.

Open to ideas, but we do currently have a pyramid theme for explaining our process (foundations to add ons), which may serve well to incorporate into our logo, but not mandatory.
