I have just taken on the predominately online business which only supplied pretty girls clothing and accessories. I have recently updated the webpage (www.ringarosieboutique@hotmail.com) to make it more neutral so that I can introduce a boys range but am not 100% happy with it and wonder if it would be good to have a logo to get some direction! I quite like the green and brown colours of the webpage but I also like the retro/saturated colours in the attached picture. I am really not sure what path to take with design!
Currently we purchase clothing from China and they're Boutique items but I am hoping to start purchasing Australian made and ethically made and organic clothing/bamboo clothing in the near future too. I want to be able to supply more than childrens clothing if desired-eg-maternity wear and things for Mums and Dads but all to do with raising a child. We have a kombi that I would also have the logo on if that's of any help. I would like the final design to be professional looking and boutique...hoping you can help!
We have just been to a swap meet over the weekend and I think I know what I'm wanting in a design now...it would have to be simple I think as there was some interest from Mothers around nursing outfits. So I have attached some things I like and at the very bottom is the font we would like to use as it's the garden sign we have. The word Boutique can be in any font but the Ring A Rosie, I would like to have in the garden sign. It would also be ideal if it tied in with our website-www.ringarosieboutique.com and has to be unisex as I am introducing a boys range also. I'm just thinking do kids really care about the logo? Perhaps I should be focusing on the parents?
Updates
And again I have had a change of thought...after going to a swap meet over the weekend I wonder if I shouldn't choose something more simple. See the brief again for ideas and I appreciate if you no longer want to work on this design as I'm so indecisive but hopefully this will come up with something that I'm happy with. I'm not sure that the cow idea I recently had would really appeal to mothers buying maternity clothing...
Thank you so much, I really do appreciate your time.
Kind Regards,
Anna
