Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for my new business called "Waterhorse Bodywork Services." This is a business providing professional and effective bodywork (massage) to both horses and riders, to promote better balance and performance, in addition to overall wellbeing. This business targets competitive riders and horses, but is suitable for recreational riders and horses as well. I would like a design that includes a "single line" or "continuous line" horse head drawing of the horse looking straight on (some examples have been attached) with the image/text in gold on a black background. The final design should be professional and polished, but not appear too elite.
