Logo Design Brief

We are a new gym opening and need a logo as well as social media templates. The gym is 24/7, has classes and an infrared sauna. The community we live in is coastal, with a mix of older retirees and more recently alot of younger families. We want the logo to be linked to health and fitness and appeal to our clientele group, we would prefer no bright colours.
