Logo Design Brief

Volo Town Center is a mixed use land development in the Village of Volo Illinois. The logo will be used for branding the shopping center as well as the other commercial uses proposed in the center development. I am looking for a simple graphic logo which can be used in marketing materials as well as pylon signage for the development. Like Tw Cen MT font but am open to all designs. Like designs in Blue and logo should be easily identifiable with bold simplicity.
