Flyer Design Brief
I want to advertise my Pilates in the Park classes for Summer. Classes are outside at the lovely local park. Freyberg field. 47 Kiwitea St. Sandringham.
Classes are for beginners to advance levels.
Classes start Monday, October 17th.
Monday 6pm Beginners
Tuesday 6pm Intermediate
Thursday 6pm Intermediate/Advance
Saturday 9am All fitness levels
My Pilates classes are specially designed to help improve strength and flexibility but as well will also improve posture, reduce stress and develop control and endurance in the entire body.
Booking essential. Limited numbers so I can make sure the correct technique is always being followed.
