Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design that stands out and is memorable. The company is called "Christmas Light Elves" and is based out of Texas. We want the logo to portray the same hardworking, capable, fun while still professional, and affordable idea that elves (Santa's little workmen) portray. The premise of the business is Christmas light installation, removal, and storage for residential homes, HOA's, and small businesses.

We're imagining the logo being an elf or pair of elves ideally. Open to more ideas though. Initially, this business was going to be Archer Christmas Lights with the logo being an archer shooting an arrow with Christmas lights on it. Sort of this image of precision and capability. It would still be cool to have that idea in the elves logo. The logo could also have a home that is outlined in Christmas lights as that's what the business is, installing and removing Christmas lights. Like the elf/elves interacting with the roof or Christmas lights to some degree. Like with Christmas lights over his shoulder like a rock climber would carry flaked rope.

I think a good idea would be an "elf on a shelf" installing the lights maybe? The elf on a shelf is just more capable and professional. You can still see that he's an elf, though. I'd like the elves to look a little more badass and capable then usual, thought. Like maybe a central elve that's kinda jacked and capable?

I've always liked the idea of logos that interact with the business name. So if you want you can have just the logo on something. But if it's the masthead of a website or something you can have the logo as part of the name. I've attached an example of that. Just an idea! It would be cool if the logo itself was able to stand alone and still show the premise of the business. But it can also play a part in the company name as well. I've attached a rough idea of that.
