I purchased a restaurant a few months ago, I'm ready to rebrand it & start fresh. The new name will be 'The Proper' it's in an upscale Colorado ski resort. The restaurant will be a very fun, casual, laid back sandwich shop. I envision the logo being a very well dressed cartoon beaver, with 'The Proper - Beaver Creek' as the wording.
