Logo Design Brief

- We are looking for a logo for our study, entitled “I-SHARE”
- I-SHARE is a hospital clinical study about a comment card that families and teenage patients can use when hospitalized to share comments, concerns, compliments about the safety of their care.

-Logo should includes name: I-SHARE (in all caps)
- Logo could symbolize some element of family engagement or partnership between patients/families and healthcare providers (eg, could include a patient and parent + healthcare provider)
- The study is conducted in a children's hospitals so the logo should be inclusive to children but is not too “cutesy” (audience is not children but teens and adults, ie should be ABOUT but not FOR children)

Some ideas we have had:
- Including people holding a card which would read "I-SHARE"
- I-SHARE written on an i-pad graphic (patients have the option of filling out our comment card on a tablet)
-Logo including some element of writing or comment card

-I have attached some drawings and ideas that our team has discussed as well as our brochure if you want a general idea of our project
