Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo that will depict a company that does everything for boating. We focus on boating equipment and electronics for boats and yachts. Would love to have a professional look. Perhaps the M and E can be in the shape of a boat so it shows hidden in the boat above the wording and then something cool and sleek for the marine industry. Another idea is to see the uploaded photo and use this concept and look at that logo. I like the ME and the circle on the right. If you can make the ME where the Right line of the M shares the left line of the E that would be great. Write Marine Elements where Martin Brower is in a cool font. The E in both cases shouldn’t have the left vertical line. Where the circle that goes around the logo please make SURE to make that into the shape of a boat or a yacht so it looks like that and ADD to it. So the circle should be in the shape of a boat and look awesome. Thank you!
