Logo Design Brief

I’m looking for a logo for coffee shop. Need that seems minimalist style. Masamune was a name of a japanese sword maker but i'm not interested use typical sword picture on that.
An alternate idea might be nice to have a brush font and the logo to be circular or something that forms a circle
