Were you able to download and view the whole file?

It was reduced so maybe that has caused problems....

Actually the problem may lie in that it's in Mac Pages, as mentioned.

When I transfer it to Word it just lops some of the pics off.

But I'll try it again... an if it does lop some pics of then I'll just send them separately.

Hi, I've changed the project file to a PDF because when I convert Mac Pages to Word, the whole layout gets messed up (ie, the text blocks no longer line up with the bottom of the photos etc).

At least with the PDF, you can get an idea of how I sorta want it to look (but a lot more polished). Then I could send the Word version to you and you'd see how the text blocks and photos line up.

The main thing is that the links should be clickable (hyperlinks) and go to web pages in a separate window.

So if you reckon most people can read PDFs on their computers, and you can make these links clickable within the PDF, this might be the path of least resistance for both of us (rather than working in Word.... up to you). Just an idea.
