The most user friendly option would be for the template to be saved within a ppt file; however this ay compromise picture quality too much.

Exported picture quality will need to be high enough for printing of books, magazines etc. As such, if this cannot be achieved through a ppt. file, then an AI file for example if suitable - so that it can be opened and edited using Affinity Software
