Logo Design Brief

We need to create a logo for our Parent Company. There are several other companies that work under this umbrella. Some of the notes I took during the meeting: They like the old school early 1900's feel of New York. Iron Rings kind of like an Iron Horse (train) that takes people all across the country. Pioneer or early settlers seeing a train and or taking it from New York to Arizona. Exploring the country for the first time. Bold, caring, exploring, pioneers, family, daring, makes people feel safe. Imagine taking a train for the first time to NY in the early 1900's and seeing an upscale hotel. That awe, amazement, wonder is what we are looking for.

Target Market(s)

This one is tough. We are targeting businesses, charitable foundations, and consumers. This will become our general brand across the country.

Industry/Entity Type

Mainly the hospitality industry. We own several apartments, upscale hotels, family communities.
