Logo Design Brief

We are setting up a new in-depth training program for mostly internal employees within our company. This program is about bringing our worldwide team members to our main Headquarters to increase engagement and long-term company retention for these employees.
We are a worldwide Hearing implant company.
I have attached our corporate design guidelines, but we have some flexibility as this is an internal project.
Our project is called MeTA Program (MED-EL‘s Talent Development for Areas)

The design should promote training and bringing groups together with a focus on inclusion.
