Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a new residential develop that is in a resort community and is within 1/4 mile walk from Lake Michigan. We would like logo that is modern and clean. The development is centered around a small park, which is called a green. We would like that symbolized in a modern style in the logo. See attached images to help visualize.
