Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in the UK called "The Crepe Corner". We are a dessert parlour franchise which sell crepes, waffles, ice creams, milkshakes and other similar desserts.

We are after a cross between a vintage and modern logo. Colours used are at discretion of the designer but we want it to be colourful and vibrant. A generally good example of this is Kaspas (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/2/20/Kaspa%27s_Logo.png) - but our logo must be unique and not resembling it of course.
