T-shirt Design Brief

Just trying to find a design for the back of some company hoodies. We are mechanics in the mines that have started hiring equipment so whether its simply our logo with our name around it and some mechanical gears to really extravagant with machines and logo or name. They will be going on black or gray hoodies and our colours are sorta dark greeny teal, silver, black, white. But you dont have to follow that. I have attached our logo.
