Logo Design Brief

Our current logo features a seahorse which I like, but the rest of the logo looks old-fashioned and says 'Dark Horse Marine Products'. Since we are now concentrating on rope and chain, I'd like to incorporate that into the design to read 'Dark Horse Marine Rope & Chain' or something to that effect. I will include our current logos and then a screenshot of the generic one I've been using on our T-shirts. I like a circular-ish logo and I was thinking of having the seahorse wrapped around the anchor. But I am open to whatever will look the best. I'll include our current logo, the t-shirt logo, and our business cards to show how we are currently using the seahorse by itself. I would like the new logo to have clean lines, similar to racing logos. Our history includes boat racing so the colors are black, red, and grey to mimic race colors.
