Logo Design Brief

I’d like to clean up and modernize this logo for use with marketing material, clothing orders, letter head, website etc. This is a Real estate brokerage firm called:
Hourihane, Cormier & Associates

I would be open to seeing any combination of the names “Hourihane” and “Cormier” along with the Abbreviation of “HCA”. It seems to me that one or the other form would be best vs both like we’re using in the sample I’ve sent. However, I’m open to your creativity. The colors of our company are black, red, and white. I “think” I’d like to see black and white more prominent, and red as more of an accent if at all…but again use your creative judgement.
