You are correct - 14 x 4.2 meters. and it is not like the LED signs that were on the link attached, it is a regular billboard along the side of a busy highway, except that it is a light-up screen. Our ad is show for 8 seconds, and then it switches to another ad, so design should be concise and easy to read quickly. Thanks so much for your questions/time!
