Logo Design Brief
Update: The first photo I submitted is only to show there is no space between "RallyPointe" and the size ratio comparison for "Military Ministry". It's not a favorite font or color. We are hoping for something with more "pop" and "flair". The second photo is of US Army Star and Chevrons which can be used "subtlety" but not profoundly. And most people think because we are a church that crosses should be included. But Keep in mind, most of the military at Ft Bragg are not religious so we aren't looking for religious symbolism. They tend to push away from that right away.
----------
We are a church that is launching a Military Ministry in Fayetteville, NC (Ft Bragg) to help soldiers and their families deal with a number of ongoing problems they face at home and during deployments. We need a new logo to go with the new ministry. We DO NOT want it to look like an all-out military logo - so, no camouflage, army green or soldiers with guns. Subtle U.S. Army stars or Chevrons are okay. We want a cool logo that looks contemporary and appealing to the eye with some flair. Rally Point is a familiar military term; however, our church name is CrossPointe. So, we'd like to us the term for the name of our military ministry "RallyPointe" to keep it consistent with the way we use and promote our church name - adding an "e" at the end, a capital P in the middle (they can all be capital if that's your design), and no spaces between "Rally" and "Pointe". We want the words "Military Ministry" to be small but large enough for people to read. That's for people who aren't familiar with the military term Rally Point so that they know it is a Military Ministry at our church.
