Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo designed for my new business, MACE Capital Group.

MACE Capital Group provides our client bespoke capital solutions for there mining and civil equipment project needs.

I would like the parent entity's logo incorporated into this new logo. The parent entity is Clark Investment Group, and I have provided the logo design files for this. I would only like the "C" symbol/design of Clark Investment Group incorporated into the MACE portion of the new logo, utilising the same colour for the C and possibly a white for the remaining letters, but I will leave this open to your creativity. The reason for this request is that I want people to see the "C" design in the MACE logo and automatically know that its subsidiary business of Clark Investment Group.

I have also attached some logo's which I like. I do really like the MACA logo, which stands for Mining and Civil Australia, its simple and clean. I have attached a picture of the logo on a machine which I will be doing the same. Also I have attached Iron Capital Group's logo which will be a direct competitor of mine, I also like the clean look of this.

Think mining, earthmoving, mechanical parts, open pit and underground mining. I want the logo to be a sign of reliability, high quality, trust and capability.

Requirements

Must have

• Incorporate the "C" symbol from my Clark Investment Group logo into the MACE portion of the logo. Same colour to be used.

Nice to have

• MACE to be the main focus of the logo. Capital Group can be seperate text. I may choose to just use the MACE logo for some things, similar to the MACA logo I have provided you. However for my email signature and website I would use the entire logo. If this does not make sense please let me know.

Should not have

• Not to busy! not to many colours.
