Our logo is for a program to reduce the risk of workplace injuries and illnesses, identify what is required to promote safety and prevention, and support wellness, health, and injury prevention program to promote a safe work environment.
The workplace is skilled nursing facilities. The program is spearheaded by physical therapists and occupational therapists.

Logo communicates strength, accomplishment, team, or similar.
Please no medical cross or plants.
Color preference: Blue, Grey, and Purple. (No Red, Yellow, or Green)
