Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our company based in Washington, DC that specializes in data analytics consulting services. Our company name is Auspex, a word which refers to a religious official in ancient Rome who interpreted omens to guide public policy. We want our logo to focus more on what we do as core work, - quantitatively analyzing data to help clients make difficult strategic decisions in a data-centric fashion. We're open to color schemes, but know that we like blues and grays. We will need low and high resolution versions of the final logo in various formats for multiple uses.
