Logo Design Brief

This needs to be a standalone logo that does not contain any words, it should just be graphical. The logo should represent the company and the brand in a creative way, but also should be relatively simple because this logo will be printed on packaging and the ware. Sometimes the printing on the packaging and ware is not very high resolution so some features might be lost if the logo is too complicated. It is also best to use a limited number of colors or just black or grayscale. When the logo is printed on the packaging and ware it will usually just be printed in black as printing color is more expensive. Therefore, if color is used in the logo it should be kept in mind that it will probably be converted to black for printing and should still look as the logo was intended when black is substituted for colors.

The company (Essential Drinkware) sells high quality ceramic, plastic and stainless steel drinkware, usually in sets. For example, it might be traditional or modern ceramic mugs, plastic tumblers with lids, stainless steel travel mugs. The logo should graphically identify the company as a drinkware seller and must be unique as this will be used as a trademark for the company.

The preference is for the logo to be relatively simple and not cluttered.
