Logo Design Brief

We are looking for an alternative logo (crest) for our Ice Crushers Hockey Team.
Our existing logo is quite popular and we want to use the same colors but the alternative logo should be based on the letters "IC" which is short for Ice Crushers. Similar to what we see with baseball teams.
I've included our existing logo as well as other examples of alternative logos that are based on the letters.
