T-shirt Design Brief

Hi I am requiring an awesome "stand out" speedway race team shirt design.
We race TQ Compact Speedcars in Australia and I am hoping to get a super cool shirt design that can be printed using a DTG printer. I have attached a shirt pic for inspiration but also have included our logos, and pics of our car as well as our race number 26. Driver's name is Mark Heaton
Our colours are Red, Black and White and the design will be printed onto black t shirts.
