Graphic Design Brief

I need a board design for a new meditation centre based in Oslo which offers free courses in meditation and self-empowerment. The size of the board is width 374cm x height 104cm. The name of the meditation centre together with subtitles should be on the board but also some elegant decoration that matches the theme (oasis of peace/meditation).

Good if you can use a blue color close to this one: rgb(37, 180, 193) as well as some brown/golden color (similar to the palette on the website).
On the board it should say:
Fredens oase (in big letters, the rest is subtitles)
Meditasjon & Spirituell visdom
Kurs - Retreat - Dialog
rajayogameditasjon.no

The design should be very elegant and beautiful and the feeling should be of "An Oasis of Peace". A logo is here attached and should be used but I need to get a better quality version of it, will upload that as soon as possible.
