Logo Design Brief

Hello, I am looking at doing rebranding for my company. I am a printing & marketing company. I am a printing and promotional marketing broker. I am a very small business (but no one needs to know that). My clients are all areas of businesses. I have 2 very larger accounts (with tiny business, which I would like more) and I have small to medium sized accounts. I want to have both, so my brand needs to reflect for either.
I also am going to get my Women Owned business certification next year, so I can call on government agencies. I will be doing lots of marketing campaigns to re-build my business. I lost a ton during COVID and when I was off for a couple years prior for family crisis and just loss of business because people can find things online, and certain business forms no longer exist because of laser forms and cloud based electronic forms.
I want to create a new brand, logo. I love my bird, not sure if we can still use, change it or just do a complete rebrand. I am open to whatever. I am looking for a creative and professional look. My bird does not reflect anything specific, added the bird in 2003 but never really created a “logo”, loved the colors and the change back then but not so much now. Before that, it was just a CL next to Customline. I am open to everything changing. Since I am in the printing, marketing, packaging and design business I need my brand to reflect this more. My clients are executives, to purchasing agents, to shipping managers and the like.
Do I want a tag line? I have had several throughout the years and none stick. Maybe someone else can come up with a one, I have been my own marketer for too many decades, need someone else to do my brand I can no longer see things right. Maybe something your printing & marketing specialist, so people know what my company does. I don’t require a tag line, only want if it adds something to my logo/brand.

I want loyal clients who trust me to take care of their printing & marketing needs. I am worth maybe the extra money doing business. I work at helping my clients save money the best ways possible for their projects. My focus is clients who value service, quality, honesty, reliability, and delivery, before they look at price. I will be fair always, and as competitive as I can be, but I won’t discount material just to get my clients a cheap price. I would rather not take the job. Clients can always trust that I will take care of them as if their company is my own. They can trust me to be honest, to work hard on each order (no matter the size) and do my best to make their job easier.”
DESIGN:
• Logo: The logo needs to be print ready for CMYK and in 1-color (black ink; grayscale). I would like to be able to do one component of it as a spot UV or raised UV, so have one piece as another options with separations, but it is not necessary if it doesn't "fit" the design you create.
I want the look to be represented across all media, social media as well as my marketing materials or signage. They must reflect my rebranding/refreshing changes. I currently do not have anything on social media. Even my website isn’t working, since I had to wipe my hosting content clean and start over end of last year. Given I need a new one, I am not going to figure out why it isn’t. Here are the many things I will need. I have never used design crowd before, so I am not sure if I need to assign each item with a project. If so, the first project is logo and website. But here is what I need from the start.
• Business Card, letterhead/invoice sheet
• Website design
• Social Media Covers, email signature and header for QuickBooks
I have attached lots of old files to show the progression, I don’t want it to look like any of this. I want my business to reflect my business and me, currently nothing about it does. So, rebranding it is! I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
