Logo Design Brief

I need a conference logo for a scientific research conference (on proteomics and mass spectrometry) taking place in Chicago, IL. US HUPO 2023 Conference. Would like to highlight the skyscrapers (suggested mass spectra peaks as buildings?), or the city river/lake/pier. Should feel very Chicago and high energy. Would like either in chicago flag colors, or green and silver (since we will be there in March). Reference ushupo.org for organization logo and overall style (and 2022 conference logo/theme)
