T-shirt Design Brief

I need a t-shirt design to go on my next t-shirt. I'm an up and coming snowboarding brand. My roots are founded upon bright and positive.
Bright for colors. Positivity comes from the brightness and then sharing that positivity. I love the 80's style, kind of crazy patterns, designs and colors. Sometimes they match and other times they don't.
Below is my logo, but it can be in any color.
