Book Cover Design Brief

I need a book cover, spine and back design for my Christian fiction book called "Digging Deep". The book is about a minister and father of 2 girls who experiences a crisis of faith due to an accumulation of 'baggage' from multiple traumatic events. The weight of which, eventually pulls him away from the clergy. The title, "Digging Deep", describes the spiritual and emotional work he needs to do to uncover, unpack and release all the baggage that's been weighing him down. The Lord has the key and sends the help His troubled servant needs.

I created a rough sketch of my vision for the cover, but I need a true artist to bring this to life. Here are some differences between my sketch and the final design I would like to see:
1) No slack in the chains
2) Drag marks behind the weights
3) the man should be in a black suit with white clergy collar
4) the girls should be in Sunday dresses and teenagers. the older girl is a dancer and the younger is a start track athlete
5) Options for the 'key' to unlocking his chains
a. God could be trying to hand him the key
b. The key is in his heart or pocket
