Logo Design Brief

Create fun logo for a frozen yogurt, coffee, video games and ice cream shop called Sticks & Cones Oak Park. "Sticks" is a reference to joysticks and we'll also serve different foods on sticks. Note that this is soft serve ice cream, not scooped.
I like the Ms Pac Man font and colors in the attached photo.
Sticks & Cones is the primary name, but Oak Park should appear in the logo, too. That's the town name.
