Logo Design Brief
We need a creative logo/font/design for a new apartment building that we are building in Delano, MN. The apartment is called "Granite Works" and that name is based off what was there previously - an old industrial granite production facility. The apartment is on a river and the river was used to float pieces of granite to other places. Our main objective right now is to have this new logo/font/design fit on a vertical "blade" sign that will be hanging off the building as our "monument" sign. The sign will be two sided and is 2'-4" wide by 10' tall. I'm attaching our sign vendors first attempt at creating this sign. Secondary is to have this new logo for all our our marketing material for lease up.
