Logo Design Brief

The "Association des Filles et Fils de Minvoul", that is to say an association of Daughters and Sons of Minvoul is looking for a logo to design its website.
Minvoul is a region located in the north of Gabon and we think of a logo which is composed of 2 letters F facing each other to form a letter which evokes the A sitting on the letter M.
The letter O (an oval shape) will appear between the two letters F facing each other. The shape of the logo will show a subliminal human face or an African mask as a watermark. In the hollow of the letter M will rise 3 soft flames, the color of which will make the Gabonese flag green; Yellow; blue.
the acronym of the organization must appear with the flying symbol "e" which indicates that we are also online.
The attached image is only a description of what we are looking for, but we remain open to any proposals.
