Logo Design Brief

EEA Consulting Engineers designs the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in new and existing buildings. The company has a logo that we like (see www.eeace.com). But we have come up with a new Mission Statement "Better Beings, Better Buildings, Better Business" for which we would like a similar but different logo to convey. See the attached file for quick version that I came up with but I'm looking for something better that maybe integrates, complements or supplements our current logo. Use of the existing colors on the website is prefered, which I can provide data on if needed.

The primary market for this logo is our internal employees. We are employee owned and focus on internal culture.
