Logo Design Brief

we are looking to re-design our current logo. I would like something a little more modern, but still conservative in nature. We offer small business consulting, tax compliance, and bookkeeping/accounting services. The name of our firm is Sowers & Company, PC, and we are based on Houston, Texas. Our current logo is attached for your review. We have always typically used blue/grey/silver in our logos, but am open to new ideas and concepts. I do like orange as well.
