Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer where we promote a workshop to our members of the jewish community www.icz.org . The workshop is calles "leadership in 100 days presented by ICZ. We would like to see a flyer with the below text is used and also some pictures (attached). The flyer should come over as cool, fresh, innovative for a younger crowd so called young professionals (age 28-35).
