Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo design for a new company based in Sydney, Australia. I provide a service to plan, design and coordinate renovations for clients. The renovations may include coordinating building work or advice, management and property design and styling. My business does NOT do the building so it should not appear like a tradesman. My unique service needs to convey luxury, quality, trust, security, style, simplicity. To differentiate me from builders I need a touch of femininity in the logo but it must still have a formal property and real estate feel to it. I have selected a main colour of navy or a royal blue, with lilac shades and some minimal gold accents. Some example colour palettes are attached, and my previous logo which I don't feel reflects well enough what I said above.
