Book Cover Design Brief

I need a full front, back, and spine cover for my upcoming book. The novel is a romance/ coming of age book and is similar to All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. My main audience is women in their late teens/ early 20's. The book is an emotional, reminiscent piece and I would love to see some cover designs with a darker palette like Looking for Alaska, Five Feet Apart, or Aristotle and Dante (but I also adore some lighter covers, especially those that feature the couple such as Some Other Now or For All Time). Feel free to send some minimal designs as well if you have any! A great idea of that would be the cover for Milk and Honey or Looking for Alaska. If you go with a minimal design, I'd love to see silhouettes or maybe a burning candle. Another possible idea I thought of would be a scene at a concert with the crowd silhouetted and then my main character (more details on her below) standing in the middle of it all. I prefer animation/drawing etc over real models. But feel free to send me whatever you think might match the vibe, I'd love to see anything you have in mind! Some main symbols in my book are stars and candles. The main character (Rebecca) is a female Korean with brown, medium length straight hair, and the love interest (Andy) is a tall and thin male Caucasian with curly brown hair. The book is openly emotional, wistful, and sets an ache in your chest, so I can't wait to see what designs you artists come up with! (My barcode will need to be included on the back cover, and I am getting that soon!)

The title is "The Scent of Closure" and the author's name is Skyler Talley. The book's dimensions will be 5.5x8.25. The blurb for the back cover is:

She is a self published writer from Las Vegas who likes to pretend she’s currently in a New York bookstore, drinking a latte, while listening to a carefully curated playlist. When she’s not writing, Skyler is taking care of her plant babies and cuddling with the cutest puppy in the world.
