Logo Design Brief

I am searching for a new logo design for an Whiskey product that is in its fledgling stage. My company is a local AZ Bar/restaurant that specializes in great American food and a fun, vibrant atmosphere. We have decided to create our own alcohol brand and are looking for great design ideas.

I have a basic design for the brand in mind. I would like to see mostly dark coloring; Blacks and Greys with an overall sinister look using the provided ideas and images.

The business logo is the horse head (Beast if Bourbon) which is trademarked already. The image of the horsemen is just a generic internet search image and will need to be changed for copyrights.
I would like the design logo to encompass the silhouette of the logo somewhere on the label with the the horsemen being the primary focus.
The look should be sinister. I would like to encompass some red in the design, possibly the horses eyes but I am open to any ideas you have.
