T-shirt Design Brief

This is a South Pacific brand design. I want you to create a logo like that of HIC (HAWAIIAN ISLAND CREATIONS) but will represent the Cook Islands. Culture & Our people - The land & Ocean. I have attached a tattoo design which includes motifs of birds, family specific to our culture. The design must include the words, Cook Islands - Rarotonga or just Cook Islands, but the brand will remain ISLAND BOY brand logo concept. Hope it makes sense.
