Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our Australian cattle breed Society called "Romagnola Breeders Society".
Our main purpose is to represent the people who breed Romagnola cattle in Australia. Our clientele are all ages in the cattle/farming industry of Australia mainly.
Our colours are Black Olive, grey, alabaster, green and Silver and we will look at your thoughts on how to integrate them.
We would like a strong font and will work with you and your ideas. It will be used on signage/banners and our website mainly.
I have included a sketch picture of the cattle so you can see they are quiet with no horns.
