Logo Design Brief

I’m open to ideas on the type of logo that’s best for my brand. Our current logo is attached. We are looking to update this with a modern, clean design.

We would like 2 versions - 1 suitable for a dark background and one for a light background.

Ideally, we don't want a logo to be too tall (i.e no large images above the text. Or if there is an image, we want the flexibility to move it to the left of the text).
