Logo Design Brief

Logo design needed for "Global Coding Team." This team resides in patient/drug safety at a pharma company. We would like to incorporate elements of a globe and book. Futuristic looking, thin lines. colorful - blue, green, orange/red and purple. (color sample provided below - NOT the design) It will be utilized in team communications, signature lines and powerpoint templates. Please make wording horizontal below graphic. The globe and book below were liked, but not the "crescent moon" around the globe. Also, appears a bit bulky.
