We need a logo design for a new global leadership coaching company called ‘Empwr.Me’. Logo should inspire feeling of empowerment and growth. The company helps global leaders meet their potential and build high performing, engaged teams. The coaching programs focus on empowering leaders to build new, and strengthen current, skillsets needed to successfully navigate through challenging team power and relationship dynamics. This could include successfully onboarding into a new leadership role, leading teams through change, building influence strategies, developing leadership presence as examples. We would like to see designs that use the color green or teal blue - something that communicates calm and positive movement without seeming aggressive. The design should communicate growth, development, thriving, structure from chaos. One definition of empowerment is that true empowerment comes when you convert intention into action.
