Logo Design Brief

I need a logo to represent my "cottage" or retirement business. We are located on a farmstead next to an historic landmark, one of the last round barns in our county. That barn has been painted blue for as long as anyone can remember. I produce functional fused glass pieces and stained glass work. I've played with the image of the barn, images of my glass, and the "BBG" and "bbg" letters as identifiers. The final design should convey both a creative bent and a need for functionality.
