We need a logo design for a soon to be built industrial park (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/i/industrial-park.asp) which will total 1.2 million square feet of commercial space in Apopka, Florida (Central Florida). The industrial park will be located within a larger mixed-use development named The Ridge at Lake Bronson. Situated on 366 acres of land, conveniently located between two major thoroughfares and less than 30 minutes from Orlando, this site is the perfect for a mix of residential, multifamily, industrial, and retail properties.
The industrial park will be named "Logistics 429 at Apopka Ridge" so that we use its close proximity to State Road 429 and the city of Apopka to make it clear where the park is located, and "Logistics" to ensure the general public knows that this is a physical location where the flow of things (goods - mattresses, rugs, car parts, think Amazon) between the point of origin and the point of consumption is managed to meet the requirements of customers or corporations. Nothing is built in this facility, it is a point along a route from a port/airport that is convenient to consumers so that expedited delivery can occur.
Additionally, there was a suggestion from the owner that perhaps we have the "Logistics 429" placed above the "Apopka Ridge" wording, similar in nature (not design) to the attached possible logos for the overall community (The Ridge at Lake Bronson). This is not a requirement, just a suggestion.
The owner of the park is McCraney Property Company (https://www.mccraneyproperty.com/), an industrial real estate developer (commercial space, not residential - so no homes) and our design is very modern/sleek industrial buildings (Class A). Our industrial developments are located in the Southeastern part of the United States, and are meant to reflect more of a "retail" look than traditional industrial parks. We incorporate native landscaping and always three steel bars above the entryway, paying homage to the owner's three daughters (which you can see in an attached image of an existing park - Park 27).
Please make sure to use to appeal to the logistic tenants and be bold, innovative, contemporary and more on the masculine side.
The colors acceptable are as follows (RGB):
Green: R67, G149, B57
Green: R108, G179, B63
Grey: R155, G155, B155
Grey: 188, G190, B192
(possible option) Orange: R238, G133, B62
In addition, white, black and silver can be used along with any of the variations above.
