Book Cover Design Brief
We need a book cover for the next version of Accountability that business uses to maximize productivity and profits. Being Count-on-able empowers the employee and enables the employer to ensure they have the right person in the right position taking on the right priorities.
The final design should exude confidence and simplicity. It should embrace trust, alignment of goals and teams working well together.
Please review the slide presentation for details about the Trust - Alignment Framework which is a key component of the program. I'd like to see how the cover can simply have people be connected to this concept.

Please see www.clevelroundtable.com for more on the program which is called Next Level 90.
Updates
I'd like to incorporate my headshot on the back of the book cover. I'm trying to figure out how to upload it. Please make a placeholder for it in the design or if I've figured out how to upload it please use it.

Gathering more feedback
I'm expecting my new headshot to be done in 3-4 days and will need this to finalize the design. I would like another 5 days.
